We serve up to 20 miles within the radius of TN27 (up tp 30 miles for bookings of 4 or more tents)

5m Bell tent = up to 6 guests if sleeping in 3 double beds or up to 5 guests if in single beds

7m = up to 10 guests if sleeping in 5 double beds or up to 8 guests if in single beds

Firstly, We are only able to pitch up our bell tents on grass, unfortunately we are unable to pitch up on astroturf or artificial grass. We require a clearance of 1-1.5m for the guides. ie a 4m tent requires 5-5.5m of space around it for the guides. Check out our size guide here

At the time of booking, a refundable Security Deposit of £120 per tent hired. To be paid by credit or debit card on receipt of your invoice. The deposit is refunded to you within 48 hours of collecting the tent from your event.

We do not offer refunds for cancellations or postponements. We do not accept rain as a reason for cancellation or postponement.

The full T&C are sent to you during the booking process. Once you are happy with the quote, a copy of the T&C will be sent to you with the payment link. They can also be viewed at the bottom of our site

We hire 5m and 7m bell tents.

All our bell tents are waterproof and come with a zippable groundsheet which will prevent rainwater from coming into the tent.

All sleepover packages come with a hypoallergenic duvet and pillows.
